Quotations

All quotations provided by Shop De Beleza are based on the specifications, quantities, packaging requirements, and delivery terms agreed upon with the customer. Prices remain valid only for the period stated in the quotation.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before production begins and may vary depending on:

• Order quantity
• Product customization
• Customer relationship
• Country of destination
• Order value

Typical payment methods include:

• Bank Wire Transfer (T/T)
• Letter of Credit (L/C) for eligible orders
• Other mutually agreed international payment methods

Advance Payment

Customized, OEM, Private Label, or newly developed products generally require an advance payment before production starts.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be cleared according to the agreed payment terms before shipment or as specified in the purchase agreement.

Currency

Unless otherwise agreed, all international transactions are conducted in US Dollars (USD).

Taxes & Duties

Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs clearance charges, VAT, GST, or local taxes applicable in their respective countries.

Late Payments

Production schedules and shipment dates may be delayed if payments are not received according to the agreed terms.
